S7E37 Doncaster’s Fixture Farce

The two John’s are on to discuss the current events in Scottish football.

There is good news to start with as the charity bet treble with McBookie came in. That takes us closer to the £700 mark.
The champions in League One and League Two have yet to be decided with only one set of fixtures left to be played.
The Junior Cup final has been decided with Auchinleck Talbot and Hurlford securing their places. The game takes place on 27th May at Rugby Park. Auchinleck Talbot will look to secure their 12th win in the competition while Hurlford look to win for the second time.
In the Premiership, we have reached the point where Celtic can secure the league against Rangers. After the farce that led to fixtures being announced, the authorities look very foolish. McInnes continues to have the upper hand against Clarke’s Kilmarnock as they continued their fantastic record against the men from Ayrshire. It’s all to play for in terms of the European places with Hibs and Rangers both winning.
At the other end of the table, Partick Thistle picked up a vital win as they look to escape the drop. Dundee won too in what was a bit of a grudge match after the recent McCann and Clark/Wright incident.
There is a brief bit of chat about Thursday’s Youth Cup final between Aberdeen and Hibs. The match kicks off at Hampden at 1930.
Predictions are made and charity bets chosen. Thanks as always to McBookie for their support.
