S6E15 Rherras Rearguard Rijkaard

John is joined by John B and the returning Krys in the week that Celtic win their first trophy.

There is bad news to start with both charity bets being lost. The bad news continues if you’re an Aberdeen fan with the result from the League Cup final.

The progress under Rogers is discussed with Krys pleased with what is happening on the pitch. The two John’s try and figure out where it went wrong for Aberdeen with both in agreement.

There is brief chat with regards to Hearts and Rangers in the Premiership ahead of their meeting on Wednesday. Is Robbie Neilson ready to move on to England after the game?

The podcast finishes with predictions and charity bet. Thanks once again to good guys of McBookie.

S6E14 Easy as ACB

John returns as host and is joined by John B in the Aberdeen show….

We have a drinking game to play if you want to join in.

The charity bets were unsuccessful so discussion changes to cover some of the Premiership fixtures. This links in nicely with a preview of the League Cup final fixture between the two best teams in Scotland.

Can Aberdeen overcome the odds and defeat Celtic? There is chat on team selection as the guys try to guess how both teams may line up.

The predictions are made for the weekend action which helps provide our selections for the McBookie charity bets.

Thanks once again to the good guys at McBookie for continuing to support the podcast.

S6E13 No Need For Tissues

Joining Craig is regulars Hamish and John B (the Aberdeen fan).

The lack of free pies, the national team’s default against England, Strachan and Lisa Snowdon all feature.

Thanks once again to McBookie for helping us out with the charity bet each week. This week we try and play safe, but that’s almost always the tactics and we know how that works out.

S6E12 Ghost goal a week late

John is joined by Hamish and John B as they guys return after a week off.

There is good news as one of the charity bets came in which adds £32 to the total for the season.

Celtic are given no chance by any of the guys with regards to even securing 3rd place in their Champions League group. This is in contrast to domestic football where they continue to be praised.

John eats humble pie as Aberdeen lost two on the bounce before returning to winning ways against Partick Thistle. Hamish continues to be frustrated by Hearts as their strikers struggle for goals. Rangers once again fail to take their chances which has been the story of their season.

The attention shifts to Scotland’s visit to Wembley to face the auld enemy. Do they have a chance? The guys think it could be a good time to face England though none of them predict Scotland to win.

The McBookie charity bets are chosen with Hibs featuring again as Hamish fancies them. Thanks again to McBookie for providing us with our bets each week.
